The European CRO Federation (EUCROF), aims to promote clinical research, develops training and educational programmes for clinical research and shares information on the latest developments in the field with health care professionals at an international level.
EUCROF consists of members and associated members from 17 countries and currently has 300 members.
The EUCROF conference was a unique opportunity for high level presentations and debates, involving all clinical research stakeholders in Europe such as the pharmaceutical industry, biotech, medical devices industry, patient associations, regulatory authorities, key representatives from the academic sector and many others. The most current issues in topics such as regulations, new technologies, risk and performance management and data sources were discussed while the patients’ role increasingly became more significant in all discussions.
