World congress on paediatric urology points out a serious disorder.

From the 14th until the 17th of October, 2015 the Prague Congress Centre hosts gathering of the year in the field of paediatric urology with more than 1100 participants from 68 countries - 26th Congress of the European Society for Paediatric Urology (ESPU 2015). One of the main topics of this world congress is children bedwetting. The aim is to point out this serious dysfunction, which bothers up to 15 percent of five year old children.
The prestigious Annual ESPU Congress is held in Prague for the first time. It is exceptionally organized as a joint meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Urology and the American Academy of Paediatrics and the International Children’s Continence Society.
The scientific topics of ESPU consists of children and adolescents kidney diseases, urinary tract and genital tract problems. The peak of the congress is a joint discussion focused on functional urination disorders, with special emphasis on the most common problem - to bedwetting. “The purpose of organising the “Bedwetting Day” is to make it known to the general public and parents that the disorder can be treated effectively.” refers doc. Radim Kočvara from the Department of Paediatric Urology in the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and the general University Hospital in Prague, who is also a local organiser of ESPU 2016.
Following I-BFM SG (childhood leukemia) and AEPC (paediatric cardiology) ESPU is the third significant event in the field of paediatric medicine, which C-IN has provided with Core PCO, PCO or DMC services this year.
