The C-IN team had a relaxing getaway in preparation for a month full of back-to-back events.

The quieter summer months in combination with the sunny warm weather lured us into a relaxing weekend. The C-IN team went to re-charge our batteries for four days at the popular Živohošť dam. The little ones of some of our employees added a lively boost to the holiday atmosphere.

In addition to relaxing by the water and enjoying the various water attractions, the program also included a delicious barbecue. The team spirit in the company was tested by a number of different activities and classic board games brought us all together. We visited the camp at Živohošť, which is located near Prague, on the same date last year and because the event had a great response, we did not hesitate to repeat it.

Relaxing by the water comes especially useful this year because in September we will be organizing a record of ten events in one month. Six of them will take place in the Czech Republic, four abroad. At the beginning of September, the first warm-up event will be the fifth year of the Teribear charity run of the Tereza Maxová Foundation, which will take place in both Prague and Mladá Boleslav. Following this, C-IN will prepare a meeting of young urologists (EUREP) for the seventeenth time. Amongst the events is also the congress of the International Association for Forensic Genetics (ISFG) hosted in the Prague congress center and the European Society of Brain and Behavior (EBBS).

For these international events, our teams will travel not only to European destinations. The International Midwives Congress (ICM) will take place in mid-September in Namibia, the first event in the history of C-IN to take place on the African continent. Lukáš Mareček, the project manager of this conference, will have a busy schedule as he will fly from Namibia straight to Bordeaux, where the Congress of the European Society for Dermatological Research (ESDR) will take place. Among this list of large events, we mustn’t leave out the meeting of the European Association for International Studies (EISA) in Sofia and the Annual Meeting of the European Society for the Analysis of the Movement of Children and Adults (ESMAC), which will take place in Amsterdam.

We will discuss the events in more detail in the following weeks. You can also find current information on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
