The 56th ERA-EDTA Congress in Budapest Begins

The association of European experts in the field of kidney diseases meets regularly every year, and its congresses are among the most visited on the European level. On average, up to 9,000 visitors attend the conference. This year's ERA-EDTA meeting will take place in Budapest and C-IN will be in charge of DMC services (Destination Management Company).
ERA-EDTA has been a client of C-IN since 2011, the cooperation was initiated by a congress in Prague. Since then, this is the third congress in which C-IN is involved. The friendly and successful partnership with ERA-EDTA stems from extensive knowledge of the nephrological environment, as C-IN works with many clients in this field. The experience will certainly be useful in preparing the 22nd Congress of the International Association for Pediatric Nephrology (IPNA), where C-IN will act as PCO in Calgary, Canada. You will also encounter this association in Budapest, where part of C-IN’s Association team will oversee its booth.
The Budapest Congress is expected to once again attract a large number of delegates, with preliminary estimates of up to 8,000. The scientific program will complement the 3,500 m2 exhibition space and the accompanying program will include the traditional Run for Kidneys charity run.
Included in the DMC services provided by C-IN are accommodation, staffing, and other services. We are currently discussing the form of cooperation with ERA-EDTA until 2028.

Growing your Association´s membership base: Communication is key
It goes without saying that the membership curve grows faster if the association holds a congress in that given year. Discounted registration fees and other benefits are an easy attraction.
