Support for young scientists during the International Congress of Cell Biology in Prague.

Hernandes F. Carvalho, Secretary General of the International Federation for Cell Biology, came to Prague to meet the organising team for the 12th International Congress of Cell Biology (ICCB 2016), which will be held in July. Together with representatives of the Local organising committee from the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague and professional organisers from the C-IN company, grants for young scientists from the field were predominantly discussed.

ICCB 2016 is organized by the Czech Society for Cell Biology under auspices of the International Federation for Cell Biology in the Prague Congress Centre. During an informal dinner all involved parts searched for the optimal allocation of financial resources for supporting undergraduate and graduate students, post docs and young researchers from around the world.
