Preparation for the largest event on nephrology in Europe is in full swing.

The next edition of the European Renal Association – European Dialysis and Transplant Association Congress (ERA-EDTA 2016) in May in Vienna is slowly approaching. Regularly attracting thousands of delegates, the event is without a doubt the most attended gathering of nephrologists in Europe. Therefore, all the long-term preparations become more demanding in this case, which C-IN is very well aware of since it occupied the position of the official housing agent.

After successful collaboration on 48th ERA-EDTA Congress in Prague, hosted in the Prague Congress Centre in 2011, C-IN was appointed by the ERA-EDTA association as the organising partner for Vienna.

C-IN will provide a variety of services such as transfers from and to the airport and especially complete hotel administration for 10 000 participants, including managing several VIP groups of delegates by providing guidance through the registration process.

Apart of the production part of the collaboration, the C-IN team took  action and visited London in the last weekend in May 2015 to promote Vienna as the venue for the 53rd ERA-EDTA Congress, which is to be held from the 21st to 24th of May, 2016.

C-IN realises that there is still hard work to be done in the upcoming months, however, the team is already looking forward to the outcomes of the long-term organisation of one of the largest conventions in Europe. See you in Vienna!

Business News | April 01, 2020

It goes without saying that the membership curve grows faster if the association holds a congress in that given year. Discounted registration fees and other benefits are an easy attraction. But what if the conference is held every two or even three years? The expectations for the number of members are logically lower, but one should not simply disregard this as a non-congress year.
