Kickoff 2015

The C-IN team containing more than 50 members took advantage of the fresh mountain air in Spindleruv Mlyn and gathered to sum up the successful year of 2014. It also provided the perfect opportunity to get ready for the upcoming year, which will bring new challenges in the congress industry.
The successful milestones of 2014, such as ICM and EAIE in Prague or EES in Dublin, were evaluated during the business part of the meeting. It was also necessary to introduce the newly expanded team with the challenges facing them. Included in the large events for the upcoming year is the IUGG congress which will welcome up to 5,000 participants or the I-BFM meeting (organised for the third time in a row), which will be held in Budapest. Thanks to the growing network of contacts, C-IN steps into the new year with the highest possible sophisticated level of the CRM database. There is also a plan to invest further into a new server.
The kick off meeting also had its own social program. A party in the spirit of the 80’s brought about a retro atmosphere and showed that the C-IN team is not only good on the conference stage but also on the dance floor. The team spirit was encouraged and highlighted by the indoor and outdoor sporting activities.
