C-IN provided its event services to the Emirates Airline in Budapest.

Business News | November 03, 2014

On the 27th of October, 2014 at 11:20 local time the first Emirates Airbus A 330-200 type aircraft landed on Budapest Airport's Runway 2. This initiated a new daily flight service, which connects Budapest to Dubai and C-IN was the main service provider for the event.

C-IN organised three diverse events: Press Conference at the Budapest airport – Terminal  2, Gala Dinner at Terminal 1 and the Opening of the Budapest contact centre. Services provided by C-IN included AV and technical equipment, branding and decorations, moderator and hostess services, catering, transfers and many other event elements.

Tomáš Maxa, C-IN director of operations and supervisor of this special event, says: “The whole event was prepared and realised in 30 days from the first site visit to the realisation of the event, which was very challenging for our team due to the fact that we worked abroad and with a very sophisticated and professional client. Also, the environment of an airport is not the easiest location to work in given the many restrictions, policies and security procedures. Looking back, I think we can be proud of what we achieved. Delivering a top quality event to a worldwide known client can be quite the challenge. It was a great opportunity and pleasure to follow up on the successful cooperation with Emirates in 2010 when C-IN (Czech-in at that time) provided the same services for Emirates in Prague when Emirates Airline launched its daily service to Prague. I would like to hereby thank all that were part of this project in all aspects.”

Asterios Grekos, Emirates event manager comments on C-IN services: “Thank you to your team for the hard work, dedication, and support on this project.  You have been fantastic once again.“
