C-IN Organizes the Very First Joint Meeting of German and Czech Pediatric Nephrologists
For the very first time, pediatric nephrologists from German speaking countries along with their Czech colleagues staged the Joint Meeting of Pediatric Nephrology of the German Society of Pediatric Nephrology and the Working Group of Pediatric Nephrology of the Czech Society of Nephrology.
Nephrology has an impressive tradition in Germany as well as the Czech Republic and pediatric nephrologists from both countries have a long, rich history of partnership. Accordingly, the German Society of Pediatric Nephrology and the Working Group of Pediatric Nephrology have decided to host a joint meeting in pediatric nephrology, where they would discuss not only the outcomes of scientific research, but also their clinical experience.
The event hosted a number of renowned speakers, eminent pediatric nephrologists from both the Czech Republic and Germany. The Meeting's participants also had the opportunity to take part in several guided poster walks of the poster section with no less than 140 posters, along with a gala dinner in the magnificent Municipal House in Prague, where participants admired the unique architectural style of Art Nouveau .
This June, C-IN will be responsible for organizing the Czech Society of Nephrology Congress. In addition, for six consecutive years, the agency hosted the EDTA/ERCA Conference intended for professionals working with renal patients. In 2011, C-IN co-organized the ERA-EDTA Congress, the Europe's largest annual congress in nephrology.
