C-IN whistled out the convention half-time.

The C-IN team gathered last week on the lovely riverside in Žluté lázně to celebrate half time within the busy convention season. Unfortunately, we had to face an irreplaceable loss, but all of us are trying to perceive it as a source of a new motivation for further hard work. It helped us during the first half of 2016 when we managed to organise 10 events in 3 different countries. Also in the upcoming years will have our hands full as we have successfully added a number of events, including long-term cooperation with the European Society for Movement Analysis in Adults and Children (ESMAC). Finally, we would like to congratulate once again to our clients, Dr. Vladimír Čermák, Doc. Petra Tesařová, Prof. Florian Lordick and Prof. Vladimír Tesař, who were honoured as the congress ambassadors for the year 2015.
Athens - Vienna - Prague, it was the main destination route for the spring period. In April, part of the team headed to Athens for the traditional Annual Meeting of the International BFM Study Group (I-BFM 2016), a closed meeting of top paediatric oncologists. Prague welcomed the 55th Annual Conference of the Particle Therapy Co-Operative Group (PTCOG 2016) in May, which introduced the progressive field of particle therapy. At the same time, we organisationally participated in the Congress of the European Renal Association - European Dialysis and Transplantant (ERA-EDTA 2016). This year edition of one of the largest nephrology meetings took part in Vienna and hosted more than 8000 delegates.
It is also necessary to think about the future, therefore we are very pleased that after a successful candidacies, several interesting projects were placed on our timeline, such as the International Congress on Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN), the Meeting of the European Society of Nerosonology and Cerebral Hemodynamics (ESNCH 2018), the Congress of the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP 2018), and in particular the Annual Meeting of the European Society for Movement Analysis in Adults and Children (ESMAC), which has quickly transformed into a long-term cooperation with the character of association management.
The first half of the season also brought a series of special events, which are always a challenge for its technical and program requirements. In this area, we have cooperated with both, our long-term corporate clients (Emirates, L'Oreal) and newly added (Dimension Data, RE/MAX).

It goes without saying that the membership curve grows faster if the association holds a congress in that given year. Discounted registration fees and other benefits are an easy attraction.
