REGISTRATION SPECIALIST
Pracovní náplň:
• Správa registrací a ubytování delegátů přidělené akce v registračním a účetním systému
• Emailová a telefonická komunikace v anglickém jazyce
• Podpora delegátů při registraci či rezervaci ubytování
• Agenda ubytování, včetně kontaktu s hotely a přípravou podkladů
• Interní i externí reportování
• Zajištění průběhu akce včetně odbavení doprovodných a společenských akcí a to v ČR i v zahraničí
Co bys měl umět a mít:
• Znalost AJ na komunikativní úrovni
• Znalost MS Office
• Pečlivost a důslednost
• Aktivní a zodpovědný přístup k práci
• Dobré komunikativní a organizační schopnosti
• Časová flexibilita
