Ambassador Awards Evening 2018: two awards presented to clients of C-IN

The tenth jubilee awards evening for congress ambassadors for 2018 was held in the representative residence of the Mayor or Prague. Honors were given to clients of the company C-IN, who won in the categories of Congress of the year of up to 500 participants and Long-term contribution to the congress industry.

At the beginning of the evening, there was a recap of the last decade, when 42 events were awarded. During this period, more than 130,000 delegates came to Prague to spend more than 377,000 room-nights. The gala evening was attended by the Mayor of Prague, Zdeněk Hřib.  There were six award categories for which the winners were chosen by a committee composed of selected players from tourism, academia and the state.

Professor MUDr. David Školoudík Ph.D. was given the award for Congress of the Year of up to 500 participants, which was the 23rd annual conference of the European Society of Neurosonology and Celebral Hemodynamics (ESNCH). This conference has reached the historically largest number of delegates, and thanks to program innovations (workshops, streaming, etc.), it has initiated a new chapter in the history of ESNCH events. For the first time ever, a unique live brain surgery was part of the conference.

In the category of Long-term Contribution to Congress Tourism, Prof. RNDr. Jiří Vlček, CSc was awarded. C-IN's collaboration with this leading Czech pharmacoepidemiologist includes several large-scale projects, such as the European Symposiums and the Annual Meeting for the past six years. “I appreciate not only the support of the city of Prague and Charles University. I am pleased to organize events that connect clinical pharmacy disciplins and as one of the few in Central Europe, we develop pharmacoepidemiology as a whole. I would also like to thank the agency C-IN for helping me, giving me ideas and practical experience. The organization of events requires different energies and I am glad that Prague is a strong force in this,” stated Professor Jiří Vlček.

Representatives of the C-IN agency also attended the gala evening. Aleš Pejsar appreciated the mutual trust that was built with the renowned Czech scientists, professors, doctors, and top experts. "First of all, I would like to congratulate our winning clients and assure them that we will do our best to keep the bar just as high in the years to come and contribute to the development of the congress industry through various activities." added Aleš Pejsar, Sales Manager of company C-IN.
