Pharmacoepidemiology introduces the recent advances in Prague in 2018

With the New Year we are delighted to announce a new interesting congress coming in 2018. The 34th International Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology & Therapeutic Risk Management (ICPE 2018) will take place in the Prague Congress Centre in the latter half of 2018. This event proves that long- term partnership matters, because ICPE 2018 is another joint success of Prof. Jiří Vlček and C-IN´s cooperation.

During the 17th – 19thof November, 2016 the city of Lisbon hosts the 20th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Patient Adherence, Compliance and Persistence (ESPACOMP 2016). Even if the title might sound complicated, the event brings highly relevant topics, which examine the correlation between prescribed medicines and the way they are used by patients. uring autumn this year, two pharmacology conferences are taking place in Prague. Following ISoP, the European Society for Patient Adherence, COMpliance and Persistance Symposium (EASPACOMP 2015) begins on the 12th of November. It is held in Prague Congress Centre until the 14th of November, 2015. The main objective of the meeting is discussing the science concerned with the quantitative assessment of what patients do with medicines they have been prescribed.

The goal of this event lasting from the 27th to the 30th of October, 2015, is to raise awareness of drug safety and best practices worldwide, by sharing the newest information on science and solutions among stakeholders.

European experts on therapeutic drug monitoring met in Prague for the first time.

Prague, the 3rd of September 2014: Experts from the field of toxicology met in the Diplomat Hotel Prague for the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Conference, which was held from the 28th-30th of August and hosted almost 250 participants. The presidential post was pleaded by Prof. Milan Grundmann, M.D., Ph.D., head of the department of pharmacology at the Medical Faculty of the University of Ostrava.
