C-IN Association Management includes:

CENTRAL OFFICE FACILITIES

At C-IN we maintain a daily office, which includes the duties of receiving and arranging shipments and strong communication with suppliers. We serve as a registered agent and are able to supply meeting spaces and many other services, including maintenance.

FULL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

We sustain regular communication with the board and executive committee and provide administrative support to associations' projects followed with regular reporting.

SPONSORSHIP AND FUNDRAISING

C-IN gives its best when analysing potential sponsorship revenue as well as pricing. We carefully prepare participation conditions and contracts, sponsor packages and invoices.

BOARD MEETINGS AND CONFERENCE CALLS

We handle and prepare board packs, including the agenda and email prior to meetings. Logistical arrangements are made to a high standard. We keep track of meeting times and distribute as well as maintain the meeting minutes.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

When it comes to strategic planning, we give our all in order to ensure sustainable growth and the increase of the development of new membership benefits.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

We manage many aspects regarding finances to the best of our abilities. We establish and maintain a financial accounting system and collect income from suppliers, workshops, seminars, meetings and also advertising. Our services include the recording and depositing of all cash, check and credit-card payments. We recommend and carefully monitor investment decisions as well as the issuing of cheques and maintaining journals. The preparation of financial reports, external audits and the filing of annual reports are taken care of at a professional level.

MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION

C-IN will handle the process of membership applications and welcome letters. We take our time in maintaining membership directories and member files such as payments, applications and other related records. We provide assistance in developing and updating online membership databases (with implemented online payments).

MEMBERSHIP ENQUIRIES AND COMMUNICATION

We maintain and update membership marketing materials, respond promptly to telephone and email, mail and email membership materials, applications and letters to prospects, adding prospects to database and implement membership promotion plans.

CONFERENCE PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

We will completely manage and organise your conference. We will select the venue and manage the entire program, including the details of your abstract and poster handling. C-IN provides assistance with registration, accommodation and promotion of your event. We handle aspects concerning sponsorship and provide you with audio-visual equipment along with on-site management.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT

C-IN offers assistance concerning the setting up of strategies for membership database development and the promotion of an association's event including social media implementation.

TECHNOLOGY AND WEBSITE SUPPORT

We are able to give you a helping hand in developing web-based access to services, publications and communication, including updates for websites and email systems.

ESMAC Conference 2018: Six days in motion in the Prague Congress Center

Prague held an expert meeting of the European Society of Movement Analysis for Adults and Children (ESMAC) during the last week of September. The conference was designed for all those interested in body movement analysis to promote collaboration between biomechanics, bioengineers, physicians, physiotherapists and other professionals.

TERIBEAR moved Prague and Mladá Boleslav for the fourth time.

The charity event TERIBEAR moves Prague, also known as a fun day with the bear, which was held for the fourth time by the Tereza Maxová Foundation, once again raised the bar with an astonishing 8,000 participants registered before the start of the event. This year, more than 16,000 people supported this unique event. They came to the Vítkov hill in Prague and together, they ran and walked an amazing 320,812.5 km. The total amount that was raised was an incredible 9,624,375 crowns!

Geopolitics, war virtualization or popculture and populism: The future and hope of the theory of international relations was discussed in Prague.

On Saturday, 15 September, the 12th Pan-European Conference of the European Association for International Relations (EISA) was successfully concluded. The event took place at the Prague University of Economics and it has seen several important milestones, both from the perspective of the association and us organizers at C-IN.

C-IN’s autumn is surely set to race away in a blink of an eye due to may interesting conferences.

The summer holiday months are finishing and our project managers are preparing to not only to send their children back to school. The conferences to be organised by C-IN through September are fast approaching. On September 2nd, the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect Congress (ISPCAN) commences concurrently with the 17th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam (ICPWS). The Congress of the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) will start just four days later.
