TERIBEAR MOVES MLADA BOLESLAV 2017

Tereza Maxová Foundation has organized the third annual of unique event Teribear moves Mladá Boleslav. It was a opportunity to join in for those who didn’t have a chance to take part in the 10-day charity sporting event Teribear moves Prague in Vítkov from 7th to 16th September.

The general partner of this special event was ŠKODA AUTO. The amount raised from the kilometres ran summed up to an amazing 456,528 Czech crowns and ŠKODA AUTO was rounded to a record 500,000 Czech crowns. This amout will support the Children's Center at the Klaudian Hospital in Mladá Boleslav and the Children's House in Vrchlabí. The production team of C-IN also moved to Mladá Boleslav to take over the organisational part of this charity event as it did in Prague.
The route with the length of 1,20 kilometres was passed by 2,726 participants who left with the feeling that they not only did something for their health, but also for those who need help - abandoned children.

Conference Compass: Smart application designed for international associations not only during congresses

Technological development is unstoppable and an integral part of the work of the C-IN team is the monitoring of current trends and their use in practice. We were personally introduced to a new development in the mobile industry last week during a short workshop by Jelmer van Anst, founder and CEO of the Dutch company called Conference Compass. Just as is states in the name itself, their main product is a mobile application designed for international associations not only at the time of their regular conferences.

Interns from American universities joined our C-IN team

In cooperation with EUSA - Academic Internships Experts , we are annually inviting students from American universities to join our office for an internship. This year we had the pleasure to welcome two students. Austin Truitt who studies Interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University in Tempe joined C-IN in late May and Juliana Garcia, a journalism student from University of Kansas, who started working in our team in mid-June. 

The Nano science ICN+T conference attracted nearly 350 participants to Brno

During the days 23-27 July, the world's leading experts in nanotechnology were introduced at the Brno Exhibition Center. The International Conference on nanosciences and nanotechnologies (ICN+T), organized by the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences, in cooperation with Brno Technical University (CEITEC), took place here. Nearly 350 participants attended the event, not only from the Czech Republic but also from Switzerland, Germany, Korea, Israel, China and other countries.

World biochemistry experts met in Prague

 The 43rd Congress of the Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS) brought Scientists of biochemistry and molecular biology to the Congress Center in Prague last week. The central symbol of the Congress became the mathematical sign for infinity and the motto "Biochemistry forever".
