Brüel & Kjær Sound and Vibration Measurement A/S supplies integrated solutions for the measurement and analysis of sound and vibration. This world-leader in sound and vibration measurement and analysis, organised its 2011 European Sales Meeting in Prague.
C-IN was appointed with the entire organisation of this event. The 5 days meeting with very intensive agenda including the dinner in Vikarka Restaurant at Prague Castle.
All participants were delighted by the fluency of the organization and by the C-IN staff hospitality. The meeting was held in the premises of the Park Inn hotel.

Brüel & Kjær Regional Sales Meeting for Europe

I first got in touch with C-IN and Project Development Manager Pavel Susak in 2010 as we were hoping to organise an European Sales Meeting. At the time, I was also in touch with a number of other conference organisers, looking for the best offer. Unfortunately, due to the economic crisis, the Sales Meeting was postponed. So when I needed to find a partner to help organise a three-day Sales Meeting for over a 100 attendees in 2011, C-IN sprang to mind. I remembered Pavel and his super-efficient, friendly and accommodating attitude, so it was natural to get in touch with him again. He had obviously made an impression and I was not disappointed.

From the very first contact and correspondence, it was clear that C-IN were highly professional and knew what they were doing. We were presented with three good proposals and travelled to Prague to meet Pavel and visit the three hotel options, all suitable and within our requirements. We were well looked after - C-IN's friendly and personal service and attention was impeccable - nothing was too much trouble.

C-IN were responsible not only in helping us with hotel accommodation and meeting facilities but they also helped with arranging a social evening with a local flavour, food menus, shipping of demo equipment, travel to and from the hotel and a range of other things, too numerous to mention. Our demands were not always straightforward and there were a lot of last minute changes and extra requirements along the way, but each demand was met with patience and a positive attitude. When we tagged on an extra conference to take place in the same venue on the two days preceding our Sales Meeting and for some of the same attendees, the logistics became very complicated. However, our Project Manager Karel Jezek took it all in his stride and got the job done.

Karel was present and available during the whole five days and ready to take on any job or challenge - great or small.

The feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive with everyone praising the level of professionalism and service provided by Karel and the hotel staff, ensuring the smooth running of our event.

It was a joy to work with C-IN and I highly recommend them. Indeed, I would not hesitate to work with them again should the occasion arise in the future.

I-BFM Study Group / Jerusalem

We are proud to work with the best professionals from paediatric oncology from all over the world! The topic of patients and their execution with medicine prescriptions is reopened in Lisbon.

During the 17th – 19thof November, 2016 the city of Lisbon hosts the 20th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Patient Adherence, Compliance and Persistence (ESPACOMP 2016). Even if the title might sound complicated, the event brings highly relevant topics, which examine the correlation between prescribed medicines and the way they are used by patients. Same as last year in Prague, the meeting is supported with C-IN´s professional services.
