WHO ARE WE? We are a team of 45 highly-skilled professionals, who love providing congress and association management services as well as corporate events and special event production.
Each year we deliver around 50 events in the Czech Republic and abroad, covering a wide range of areas such as education, chemistry, biology, radiology, veterinary medicine, technology, law, psychology, and the public.

Our work has relevant impact on the development of society. 

We would be pleased to welcome a new member on board who would become a part of our Scientific programme department.  


What you will help us with:

  • Communicate with client to prepare the scientific programme for the event
  • Communicate with delegates of the assigned event within the Agenda of the Scientific Programme
  • Abstract evaluation set-up and testing
  • Communication with reviewers (emails, reminders, individual requests)
  • Export of results + notifications sent to authors + communication with authors
  • Programme compilation together with the scientific programme committee (client side)
  • Detailed programme publishing - prepare content of abstract book and other official conference documents
  • Communicate with VIP speakers/delegates and assist them with registrations and accommodation for the given event
  • Maintain and update the agenda of the scientific programme in the management system
  • Onsite scientific programme management
  • Post-event tasks – feedback management, reporting, closure in the internal system  

You should:

  • have active proficiency in written and spoken English know (min. B2 level)
  • be familiar with Microsoft based office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • have a client oriented and open-minded view
  • be able to communicate with others by phone, emails, in person
  • enjoy “learning by doing” approach, as each event is unique and different
  • like independent work with the team’s support

The charity event TERIBEAR moves Prague, also known as a fun day with the bear, which was held for the fourth time by the Tereza Maxová Foundation, once again raised the bar with an astonishing 8,000 participants registered before the start of the event. This year, more than 16,000 people supported this unique event. They came to the Vítkov hill in Prague and together, they ran and walked an amazing 320,812.5 km. The total amount that was raised was an incredible 9,624,375 crowns!

On Saturday, 15 September, the 12th Pan-European Conference of the European Association for International Relations (EISA) was successfully concluded. The event took place at the Prague University of Economics and it has seen several important milestones, both from the perspective of the association and us organizers at C-IN.

C-IN’s autumn is surely set to race away in a blink of an eye due to may interesting conferences.

The summer holiday months are finishing and our project managers are preparing to not only to send their children back to school. The conferences to be organised by C-IN through September are fast approaching. On September 2nd, the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect Congress (ISPCAN) commences concurrently with the 17th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam (ICPWS). The Congress of the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) will start just four days later.

Technological development is unstoppable and an integral part of the work of the C-IN team is the monitoring of current trends and their use in practice. We were personally introduced to a new development in the mobile industry last week during a short workshop by Jelmer van Anst, founder and CEO of the Dutch company called Conference Compass. Just as is states in the name itself, their main product is a mobile application designed for international associations not only at the time of their regular conferences.

Interns from American universities joined our C-IN team

In cooperation with EUSA - Academic Internships Experts , we are annually inviting students from American universities to join our office for an internship. This year we had the pleasure to welcome two students. Austin Truitt who studies Interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University in Tempe joined C-IN in late May and Juliana Garcia, a journalism student from University of Kansas, who started working in our team in mid-June.
