On behalf of the EAFP Council I would like to thank you for you and your teams excellent organisation and support for the conference. We all felt it was a great success and for that we are grateful. Despite initial concerns we achieved target registration levels and exceeded the number of oral and poster presentations expected based on previous conferences. The venue was great with superb efficient organisation on your part. The excellent organisation for the posters was commented on by many ('the best ever' was one memorable comment), of course the authors take tremendous credit for the content and presentation!

Your team offered highly professional and prompt support during the week (even for a screwdriver I seem to remember) and all with good humor. Of course there were things that were not straightforward but these were mainly beyond our control (banquet transport). There are always lessons to be learned for all of us.

There are still some tasks to finalise such as the finances and I know you have these in hand. We anticipate that there will be no surprises there and look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Dovolte mi, abych jménem Evropské Asociace Dialyzačních a Transplantačních Sester/Evropské Asociace Renální Péče (EDTNA/ERCA) poskytla referenci na společnost C-IN s.r.o.

S výše uvedenou společností úspěšně spolupracujeme od roku 2007, v roce 2008 pro nás organizovala 37. mezinárodní konferenci v Praze (2300 delegátů). Na základě pozitivního ohlasu ze strany delegátů, vědeckých organizátorů, přednášejících a participujících firem jsme se rozhodli pokračovat v naši spolupráci organizací letošní 38. mezinárodní konference v Hamburku (1800 delegátů) a v současné době probíhají přípravy na 39. mezinárodní konferenci, která se uskuteční v roce 2010 v Dublinu.
Právě proběhlá 38. mezinárodní konference byla znovu profesionálně zorganizovaná a společnost C-IN nám dokázala, že dokáže úspěšně působit i mimo teritorium České republiky. Od 1. května 2009 zajišťuje společnost C-IN s.r.o. Sekretariát naší Asociace a od 1. září 2009 je také pověřena správou členství v naší Asociaci.

We enlisted the services of Czech-In to project manage a 5 day partner conference in September for 180 delegates. The services included meeting facilities, hotel accommodation, delegate registration, evening entertainment (4 nights), meals, onsite staffing etc. We were more than satisfied with the services provided by Czech-In and I would not hesitate to recommend them, or indeed use them again in the future. This agent has a very strong network of contacts and their knowledge of Prague is extensive.
The timeliness of responses and the speed in which information is gathered is very impressive. This was apparent from the initial enquiry and did not falter throughout the entire project. The initial site tour that was organized by C-IN proved extremely productive and it was obvious that the Business Development contact (Pavel Susak) had understood our requirements exactly.
We were very specific in our requirements, some of which involved some quite difficult negotiations. Czech-In handled these negotiations for us in a professional and transparent manner.
I believe the cohesiveness of the team contributes substantially to the high level of service delivered by this agent. Each member of the team is kept up to date throughout every stage of the project, whilst still maintaining their distinct roles. Any request, regardless how unusual, is no more than a phone call or email away.
Finally, I would say that the Czech-In team is a very nice bunch of people to work with. We found them to be very reliable and trustworthy, with a real enthusiasm for their jobs. The team managed to remain calm and professional at all times and their multi-tasking skills are remarkable!
This was the first time the partner conference had been hosted in Prague and the general consensus was that it was the best conference ever. C-IN contributed largely to the success of the event and I look forward to working with this agent again in the future.

Brüel & Kjær Regional Sales Meeting for Europe

I first got in touch with C-IN and Project Development Manager Pavel Susak in 2010 as we were hoping to organise an European Sales Meeting. At the time, I was also in touch with a number of other conference organisers, looking for the best offer. Unfortunately, due to the economic crisis, the Sales Meeting was postponed. So when I needed to find a partner to help organise a three-day Sales Meeting for over a 100 attendees in 2011, C-IN sprang to mind. I remembered Pavel and his super-efficient, friendly and accommodating attitude, so it was natural to get in touch with him again. He had obviously made an impression and I was not disappointed.

From the very first contact and correspondence, it was clear that C-IN were highly professional and knew what they were doing. We were presented with three good proposals and travelled to Prague to meet Pavel and visit the three hotel options, all suitable and within our requirements. We were well looked after - C-IN's friendly and personal service and attention was impeccable - nothing was too much trouble.

C-IN were responsible not only in helping us with hotel accommodation and meeting facilities but they also helped with arranging a social evening with a local flavour, food menus, shipping of demo equipment, travel to and from the hotel and a range of other things, too numerous to mention. Our demands were not always straightforward and there were a lot of last minute changes and extra requirements along the way, but each demand was met with patience and a positive attitude. When we tagged on an extra conference to take place in the same venue on the two days preceding our Sales Meeting and for some of the same attendees, the logistics became very complicated. However, our Project Manager Karel Jezek took it all in his stride and got the job done.

Karel was present and available during the whole five days and ready to take on any job or challenge - great or small.

The feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive with everyone praising the level of professionalism and service provided by Karel and the hotel staff, ensuring the smooth running of our event.

It was a joy to work with C-IN and I highly recommend them. Indeed, I would not hesitate to work with them again should the occasion arise in the future.

I know that at the Industry meeting everyone was very much focussed on the next congress already and were therefore discussing possible changes and improvements so we perhaps didn't spend much time on what not to change. I think the exceedingly positive comments we've exchanged with colleagues and nurses during the course of the congress is a direct reflection on your involvement and the time you've personally invested; as well as your team's hard work and dedication. So I hope that your and the C-IN team's commitment and clear enthusiasm will remain unchanged in spite of the tremendous workload obviously involved with the organisation of such events. I first got in touch with C-IN and Project Development Manager Pavel Susak in 2010 as we were hoping to organise an European Sales Meeting. At the time, I was also in touch with a number of other conference organisers, looking for the best offer. Unfortunately, due to the economic crisis, the Sales Meeting was postponed. So when I needed to find a partner to help organise a three-day Sales Meeting for over a 100 attendees in 2011, C-IN sprang to mind. I remembered Pavel and his super-efficient, friendly and accommodating attitude, so it was natural to get in touch with him again. He had obviously made an impression and I was not disappointed.

From the very first contact and correspondence, it was clear that C-IN were highly professional and knew what they were doing. We were presented with three good proposals and travelled to Prague to meet Pavel and visit the three hotel options, all suitable and within our requirements. We were well looked after - C-IN's friendly and personal service and attention was impeccable - nothing was too much trouble.

C-IN were responsible not only in helping us with hotel accommodation and meeting facilities but they also helped with arranging a social evening with a local flavour, food menus, shipping of demo equipment, travel to and from the hotel and a range of other things, too numerous to mention. Our demands were not always straightforward and there were a lot of last minute changes and extra requirements along the way, but each demand was met with patience and a positive attitude. When we tagged on an extra conference to take place in the same venue on the two days preceding our Sales Meeting and for some of the same attendees, the logistics became very complicated. However, our Project Manager Karel Jezek took it all in his stride and got the job done.

Karel was present and available during the whole five days and ready to take on any job or challenge - great or small.

The feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive with everyone praising the level of professionalism and service provided by Karel and the hotel staff, ensuring the smooth running of our event.

It was a joy to work with C-IN and I highly recommend them. Indeed, I would not hesitate to work with them again should the occasion arise in the future.

Having held our Sales Meeting in Prague last year with the help of Czech-In, we decided to try for another destination this year and asked several conference bureaus to come up with offers according to our specifications and budget. However, no one could beat the offer we received from Czech-In and we decided to return to Prague and to the same hotel.

The pre-meeting coordination and arrangements for accommodation, conference rooms, catering, social evening, travel to and from airport, etc., went very smoothly. We were allocated the same Project Manager as last year so he already understood our needs and way of working (sometimes chaotic, impulsive and with a lot of last minute changes/requests). Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were dealt with efficiently and without fuss.

The three-day conference itself was like a homecoming. We more or less took over the hotel and, despite a
complicated, full and tight agenda, everything went according to plan - down to the minutest detail. Our Project Manager was always present and on hand to help, whether it was getting people into the meeting rooms, helping with A/V equipment or getting the air conditioning adjusted. He was 100% service minded and no job was too menial or too much trouble. He was also very well prepared and had, for example, extra laser pointers and an extra projector on hand. His calm and unflustered manner prevailed throughout the three days and even in the event of an emergency where he went above and beyond the call of duty. When an attendee had to be rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack, our Project Manager was there to translate and explain what was going on. He even personally paid the hospital registration fee as we had no cash available (just credit cards).

It was also good to see Czech-In following up on the event with the Project Development Manager coming to visit us before our leaving Prague to get our feedback - what went well, what could be better, etc. As a customer, this hand-on, pro-active approach made us feel a valued customer.

Once again, the feedback from the 120 attendees was positive and the event considered a huge success and a good investment. We might indeed consider another destination next year but I suspect we'll be using Czech-In as our partner again. It would be hard for any other bureau to match Czech-In's throroughness, attention to detail, service-mindedness, professionalism, efficiency and, last but not leas, their personal touch. We'll be back.

Se společností C-IN spolupracujeme pravidelně již od roku 2004, nejvýznamnější společně pořádanou akcí byl v roce 2009 pražský kongres FEBS (Federation of European Biochemical Societies), kterého se účastnilo více než 2500 delegátů.

od kuzu Sdělování nepříznivé zprávy uběhlo pár dnů a já si dovolím jen krátké zhodnocení.

Ubytování bylo bezvadné, přístup personálu profesionální, cítil jsem se velice příjemně. Organizace Martiny Kozderkové byla také výborná, neustále se snažila všechno vylepšovat, i když jsem občas měl pocit, že lepší už to být nemůže. Moc hezky se nám věnovala. Přístup lektorů také super, dynamika semináře neměla chybu - jak to postupně vyvíjelo, ani si člověk neuvědomil, jak v sobě nalézá změnu sám. No a Vaše osobnost kolem té vší parády dělala celému semináři kolorit.

Joint Meeting of Paediatric Nephrology GPN and WGPN CPS

Our local organizing committee organized the first Joint Meeting of Paediatric Nephrology of the German Society of Paediatric Nephrology (GPN) and the Working Group for Paediatric Nephrology of the Czech Paediatric Society in Prague in March 2014. The Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) from the Czech company C-IN provided the congress management from the very early stages of the congress preparation. The congress was regarded as a great success from all 300 participants coming from more than 10 countries. These services concern the organisation of EES biennial conference in 2010, 2012 and 2014, and the provision of association management services since end 2009.
Our co-operation with C-IN started in 2009 with the preparation and organisation of the 9th EES Biennial Conference held in 2010, Prague, Czech Republic. Following this, C-IN was again contracted (after competitive bidding) for organisation of the 2012 Conference in Helsinki and (on direct hire basis) for the Conference in Dublin this year. C-IN has furthermore provided association management services to the EES since December 2009 (preparing and minuting meetings, website update, membership administration, etc. A complete list of tasks is available upon request).

Over the years we have experienced a good level of quality of the provided services regardless of the location where our conference was held. C-IN has proven to be a dedicated customer-focused partner with great experience on how to organise an event to the highest standards. I thought the Event was very successful and I only got good feedback. The venue was perfect, F&B also and not to miss out the DJ. It was a bit difficult at the beginning to bring people on the dance floor to enjoy themselves but I think the reason was just that with all the other rooms offering shisha's and a nice cosy atmosphere, people just enjoyed the evening doing whatever they wanted to do.

Vážený pane Marhoule,

přijměte prosím moje upřímné poděkování za podporu Nadačního fondu pro protonovou terapii s pořádáním Dětského dne, který proběhl ve čtvrtek 4.6.2915. Stovka dětí – malí pacienti protonového centra, dětí z blízkého Klokánku, děti z dětského domova ve Slaném, děti ze Speciální základní školy v Chrudimi a děti zaměstnanců PTC i FN Bulovka si i díky Vaší pomoci užili odpoledne plné her a zábavy. Zazpívat jim přišel Bohouš Josef, Ivan Hlas a zpěvák „doktorské“ kapely Bílá nemoc Zdeněk Hříbal.

Samozřejmě hlavním důvodem pořádání této akce je udělat radost dětem, které prožívají složité období. Druhým neméně důležitým důvodem který zapadá do celkové koncepce Nadačního fondu, je vytvořit možnost setkání rodičů dětí aktuálně léčených s rodinami, které jsou už delší čas po léčbě. Z takových setkání odcházejí rodiče nových pacientů posíleni nadějí a důvěrou v proces léčby právě díky příběhům rodin, které léčbu absolvovali před nimi.

Letos takovou misi naděje plnila dvou a půl letá Taira po operaci nádoru hlavy, která si bez jakéhokoliv zdravotního omezení užívala všechny atrakce nebo už opakovaně dvanáctiletý Miki po léčbě meduloblastomu, který je dnes úspěšným studentem víceletého gymnázia i patnáctiletá Kristýnka také po léčbě nádoru v blízkosti mozkového kmene, dnes studentka střední hotelové školy a samozřejmě jejich rodiče, kteří otevřeně mluvili o průběhu léčby, obavách i následné radosti z návratu do normálního života.

Ještě jednou tedy děkuji za podporu, bez níž bychom nemohli podobné akce pořádat. Ráda bych se s Vámi podělila o krásné momenty, ke kterým jste přispěli i Vy, přikládám tedy pár fotografií. On behalf of the EUROMAR Board of Trustees I had a privilege to chair the congress EUROMAR 2015, the largest European conference on the magnetic resonance phenomena. EUROMAR 2015 offered a unique opportunity to report and witness the latest scientific breakthroughs in broad range of scientific fields, stretching from physics and chemistry to biology and medicine. The conference presented new methods and instrumentation developments in established areas together with novel technologies and applications in emerging fields. The congress provided a stimulating forum for sharing experience, exchanging ideas, and establishing fruitful collaborations.  

As a local host and organizer, I have chosen the congress agency C-IN to obtain a necessary support in preparation of the Prague candidacy, and after successful application, also to cover the on-site organisational responsibilities. The congress took place at the Prague Congress Centre on July 5 ­ 10, 2015. The experience I gained from the collaboration with C-IN over the period of almost 3 years was extremely positive. The meeting, attended by almost 650 scientists from all over the world, was of the highest standards and quality in all aspects, including handling of the registration, communication with the speakers and presenters, recruitment of sponsors, arrangements of the vendors’ exhibition, catering during the conference, and organisation of the conference gala dinner. All C-IN associates were highly professional and demonstrated a wealth of insight, experience, and dedication to supply the best available services. Warm and remarkably positive reactions from the EUROMAR Board of Trustees, EUROMAR vendors and exhibitors, as well from invited speakers, attendees, and students clearly documented that the congress was an immense success. As chairman of the Czech National Committee for Geodesy and Geophysics, I attended the 25th General Assembly of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) in Melbourne in 2011 where I presented a proposal for the possible organization of the next 26th General Assembly of IUGG in 2015 in Prague. Our proposal was chosen amongst tough competition from five other world cities and Prague was entrusted with organizing this prestigious world meeting of researchers in the fields of geoscience. During the presentation I was accompanied by Mr. Pavel Šušák, senior project manager at C-IN, which as a professional congress organizer coordinated the entire the event.  

Later, as Chairman of the Organising Committee (LOC), I continued to collaborate with a number of staff from C-IN who demonstrated high professionalism and significantly contributed to the flawless running of the conference. I would like to point out that the 26th General Assembly of IUGG in Prague was highly rated, even from the point of view of financial contribution from the city of Prague in terms of congress tourism, which was evaluated by the mayor of Prague, MD. B. Svoboda, in 2012 as the best event scheduled for 2015. The participation of nearly 4,500 leading scientists from around the world, presenting hundreds of scientific papers and extensive discussions exceeded expectations. There is no doubt that the company C-IN showed great organizational skills and ensured the excellent running of the entire course of the event.

I would like to thank you for your contribution in organising the 26. Congress of the ESPU, a joint meeting with Sociey for Pediatric Urology, American Association of Pediatrics/Section of Urology, American Academy of Paediatric Urology, International Children´s Continence Society and Society for Fetal Urology, held in Prague Congress Centre between 14th and 17th of October 2015. This was one of the biggest Paediatric Urology event coming to 1200 participants from all over the world. The congress attendants have highly recognised the organisation of the venue and smoothly running scientific programme, high standard of the services and friendly social programme.

The 12th International Congress of Cell Biology in Prague, Czech Republic, was a terrific meeting, both in its science and its organization. The talks and posters were outstanding. I really enjoyed the opportunity to interact with cell biologists that I don’t normally see from all over the world. I learned a lot, and got stimulated to do more experiments. What more would one ask for?

I want once more to thank you so much for a very successful EAVLD2016 congress in Prague this week. According to Rowen's data we had 312 participants and 26 sponsors plus exhibitors. Theses numbers say it all.


But I also want to stress your very professional logistic approach to this event. Location was very good, layout with sponsors' booths and poster exhibition area together with coffee breaks in the same location, a wide variety of food and beverages and very spacious area around were highly appreciated not only by EAVLD Board but also by many participants and sponsors with whom I had a chance to chat during the congress. It was really nice to hear such warm greetings. Evening tour of Prague was also very interesting. The gala dinner was a memorable event with multilanguage singing soldier Szwejk and his wife - they sang 4 songs in Polish so our group enjoyed it very much. You thought about all the details like guys standing in the way to gala dinner with directions and a lady sitting all congress long in the lecture hall and changing the names of speakers as they appeared.
So I can only congratulate you once more and I think that the best recapitulation for the work you did was the conclusion from the Board after the final meeting, that we should organise the next congres in 2018 also in Prague.

Pharmacoepidemiology introduces the recent advances in Prague in 2018

With the New Year we are delighted to announce a new interesting congress coming in 2018. The 34th International Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology & Therapeutic Risk Management (ICPE 2018) will take place in the Prague Congress Centre in the latter half of 2018. During the 17th – 19thof November, 2016 the city of Lisbon hosts the 20th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Patient Adherence, Compliance and Persistence (ESPACOMP 2016). Even if the title might sound complicated, the event brings highly relevant topics, which examine the correlation between prescribed medicines and the way they are used by patients. Same as last year in Prague, the meeting is supported with C-IN´s professional services.
