ICT Manager

I take care of the event's complete IT and AV requirements – from the very first entry on the congress website to important registration and scientific program deadlines all the way to last minute onsite AV services.

Apart from working on current projects C-IN is managing, I really enjoy taking care of the company itself and making sure that everything runs smoothly, for example assisting my colleagues when they have problems with their computers and cell phones, managing the office LAN and hardware infrastructures and both in-office and hosting server configuration.

All of the above is added to my work to a greater or smaller extent, which becomes an interesting mixture that sometimes even makes my job fun. :-) Of course there are days, especially before the beginning of an event, when the workload is extreme, but then on the other hand some days are very easy going. Doesn't that make you think that organizing congresses is similar to an adrenalin sport?
