I found out about this job through my cousin, who told me about the opportunity to work in C-IN. I started working here in March 2016. I joined the team as a Junior Researcher.
My role in the team is to search for new conference opportunities according to the assignments of developers. Sometimes it is like looking for a needle in a haystack, but these are the very crutial steps in the process of event organisation. This position taught me patience, systematic nature, persistance and decisiveness.
I am also learning a lot about the scientific world and for me, as a biology student, it is also very interesting to see the conference preparations from the organisation side.
Apart from work, I am engaging myself in the study of little single-celled organisms – protists. This field reminds me every day, that we are just a tiny part of the life on our planet and there is a lot more beautiful and unknown to discover. When I have enough of the city life, I am escaping to the forests, mountains by any mean of transport with the people I love. One of my dreams is to travel around the world and explore local cuisines.
